Welcome to the Noname Book Club, a Black-owned worker cooperative connecting community members both inside and outside carceral facilities with radical books. Each month, we uplift two books written by Black, indigenous, and other people of color. We believe building community through political education is crucial for our liberation and should be accessible to everyone—which is why all our programming is free, including the books we send to our incarcerated book club members.
The Oakland Chapter of the Noname Book Club meets at the 81st Ave Branch Library. To find out more about Noname Books and to find out what we are reading, please visit our website, or email us at info@nonamebooks.com.
