A representative from Spectrum Community Services will offer Office Hours to help applicants complete the 2024 LIHEAP and/or LIHWAP application form

The Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) helps qualified households with a one-time per year payment on their energy bill. The Low Income Household Water Assistance Program (LIHWAP) helps qualified households with a one-time per program year payment on their overdue water or sewage bill.
