Description
Join us to celebrate Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month with a Bibimbap and Watermelon Kimchi Making Demo! Volcano Kimchi founder and "fermentress" Aruna Lee will demonstrate how to make watermelon kimchi and guide you through creating a delicious bibimbap. The program will conclude with a tasting of her signature kimchi.
