Join us on the Plaza after the Black Cowboy Parade for a line dance class led by Oakland’s own Chrystal Moore. Learn classic and contemporary dances that celebrate Black culture and heritage.
Dancers will receive a free OPL-West Branch “clack” fan while supplies last.
