Are you looking to get started with Yoga or keep going with your practice?

Add every other Tuesday to your calendar and come to the Dimond Branch to practice yoga to move, relieve stress and relax. 

Class is taught by Bett Bollhoefer, a certified instructor in Radiant Body Yoga.  

Bring your mat and join us every other Tuesday! 

This yoga series is made possible by the Friends of the Dimond Library and the Friends of Oakland Public Library.
